This privacy notice for each of the Mac OS / iOS Audio Unit v3 (AUv3) plugins (“the plugin”) from Mastfrog, LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”), describes how and why we might access, collect, store and/or share (“process”) your personal information when you use our services, including when you:
- Download and use the plugin
- Engage with us in other ways, including any marketing or events

We don’t collect your information. We don’t want to or need to.
The plugin is an operating system extension that allows it to be called by DAW and similar audio apps that support Apple’s Audio Unit v3 API. It does not produce or emit any metrics which are collected by us.
We may use Apple’s built-in analytics to obtain statistical aggregations of information about user behavior, feature use, installs and similar software development metrics, as provided to us by Apple - along with crash reports and the information provided therein by Apple’s reporting and analytics services, if you choose to share them. Such information is used to improve our products. And we receive what information Apple makes available to us about individual customers using our product, which might be used to contact you about our other products or promotions.
We do not sell information about our customers to third parties, and we do not collect any information about you from third parties.
