This privacy notice for the Ther-i-phone iOS App (“the app”) from Mastfrog, LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”), describes how and why we might access, collect, store and/or share (“process”) your personal information when you use our services, including when you:

We don’t collect your information. We don’t want to or need to.
The app is a simple musical-instrument / sound-maker for mobile devices. It does not access any data on your device other than your own settings - nothing about it or what you do with it is sent to Mastfrog, LLC by the app. It does not contain any sort of tracking technology, nor will it in the future.
We may use Apple’s built-in analytics to obtain statistical aggregations of information about user behavior, feature use, installs and similar software development metrics, as provided to us by Apple - along with crash reports and the information provided therein by Apple’s reporting and analytics services. Such information is used to improve our products. And we receive what information Apple makes available to us about individual customers using our product, which might be used to contact you about our other products or promotions.
We do not sell information about our customers to third parties, and we do not collect any information about you from third parties.
If you provide contact information via email or this web site, requesting contact, it will be retained in order to contact you.
